1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p333 ("p333," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the p333 online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality available at p333.one and any related subdomains or applications.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the p333 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

p333 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the p333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of p333 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the p333 platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by action of p333.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list or gambling exclusion register applicable in the Philippines.

p333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of p333 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact email address or mobile number.

3.1 Account Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your account remains accurate and up to date. p333 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active p333 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, p333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. p333 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify p333 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

p333 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the p333 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). p333 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your p333 account within minutes of a successful transaction. p333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which p333 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the p333 account holder.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

p333 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. p333 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to unlawful activity, and to report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

p333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and eligible games.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• p333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• p333 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on the p333 platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, Hi-Lo, bingo, slots, and basketball betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

p333 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers operating under real-time supervision. p333 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, p333 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. p333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p333 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the p333 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p333 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the p333 platform — including but not limited to the p333 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of p333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the p333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any p333 content without prior written authorization from p333.

9. Privacy & Data

p333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the p333 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p333 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and p333 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

p333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p333 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The p333 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Responsible Gaming

p333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from the p333 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

12. Amendments to These Terms

p333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p333 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the p333 platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact p333's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. p333 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
